When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. If you would like your order sent to a different address please could you put the address in the comments box.

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 3 working days. Whilst most orders will be dispatched within the 3 days, please allow 14 days for delivery within the UK, 28 days for Europe and the rest of the world.

Where SURFACE mail is selected the delivery time will be much longer, 2-5 weeks for Europe 6-12 weeks Rest of World.

Payment:

We accept the following forms of payment:

Cheques/Postal Orders - Please select "Payment by Cheque" when going through the order process. UK pounds sterling only. Please make your cheque or Postal Order payable to "Feminine Wear" and post to: Feminine Wear, 2 Chessel Crescent, Southampton, SO19 4BS. UK. Your order will be dispatched as soon as your cheque or Postal Order has cleared into our account, which usually takes 3 working days.

PayPal - We also accept PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. With PayPal you can pay in any currency. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card.

Bankers Draft - You can transfer money directly into our account. Please select this option when going through the checkout. Please allow 3 working days for the funds to clear before your order is dispatched.

Packaging:

At Feminine Wear, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. Our orders are packaging in an Environmentally Friendly Eco Poly Jacket, which is made from degradable polythene film. Because the products that you purchase are of a personal nature, all packaging is discreet.

Postage Charges for orders overseas and non-mainland UK:

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal mail/Parcel force, this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
